FAQ: Deliverables + Usage
Everything you’ll receive after a hospitality shoot—final image delivery, file formats, exports, organization, and practical guidance on usage across web, OTAs, and print.
Deliverables + Usage (Hospitality)
Hospitality imagery should be easy to deploy—clean, consistent files that are organized for marketing teams, brand standards, and multiple channels. Below are the questions I’m asked most often before and after delivery.
1) What do you deliver after a hospitality shoot?
You’ll receive a curated set of finished, publication-ready images designed for marketing use—hero images, full room coverage, amenities, and detail moments that support the story. Final files are delivered organized, clearly labeled, and ready to publish.
2) Do you provide both web-ready and print-ready files?
Yes. I deliver web-ready exports for fast loading and consistent online color, plus print-ready exports for brochures, brand decks, and collateral. If you have specific printer specs, share them and I’ll match them.
3) What file types do you deliver?
Standard delivery is high-resolution JPEGs (web + print exports). TIFFs can be included when a project needs them (large-format print, agency workflows, or heavier compositing).
4) How are the images organized?
Files are delivered in a clean folder structure by area (guest rooms, bathrooms, lobby, amenities, F&B, exterior, etc.) with simple, consistent naming your team can understand at a glance.
5) How many final images will we receive?
It depends on scope and usage: number of room types, amenities, and how broad the story needs to be (web refresh vs. campaign vs. full property coverage). I’ll recommend a practical target based on your goals—and we’ll build a shot list that supports it.
6) Can you deliver “hero images” plus a complete story set?
That’s the goal. Hospitality needs a mix: strong wides that sell the space, mid-shots that show flow and layout, and detail vignettes that communicate materials and experience. The final set is built so you’re not missing the moments that make a property feel premium.
7) Do you provide crops for social media, OTAs, and banners?
Yes—when it’s helpful. If you tell me where the images will be used (website headers, OTA listings, email campaigns, paid social), I can include a small set of alternate crops/ratios for your key selects.
8) Can you match brand standards or keep consistency across multiple properties?
Absolutely. If your brand has composition preferences, lighting expectations, or required angles, share the guidelines (or recent reference imagery) and I’ll build coverage to align. Consistency across room categories and property groups is a priority in both capture and post.
9) What’s included in post-production?
Every final file is finished with a clean, editorial approach: natural color, controlled contrast, and distraction cleanup where appropriate. The goal is polished and timeless—not over-processed.
10) How do we plan deliverables around usage (web, OTAs, print)?
Start with where the images drive value: homepage + booking path, room pages by category, key amenities, and a small set of campaign-ready heroes. If you’re not sure, tell me your goal (renovation reveal, seasonal refresh, new opening, brand update) and I’ll recommend a coverage plan that fits.

Ready for deliverables your team can actually use?
Share your property, timeline, and where the images will be used (web, OTAs, brand decks, campaigns). I’ll recommend a clean coverage plan and deliverables built for hospitality marketing.
