FAQ: Deliverables + Usage
Everything you’ll receive after a commercial shoot—final image delivery, file formats, exports, organization, and practical guidance on usage across web, print, and campaigns.
Deliverables + Usage (Commercial)
Commercial imagery should be easy to deploy: clean, consistent files that are organized for marketing teams, brand standards, and multi-channel use. Below are the questions I get most often about deliverables and how to plan coverage around usage.
1) What do you deliver after a commercial shoot?
A curated set of finished, publication-ready images—hero wides, supporting angles, and detail moments that communicate the brand. Files are delivered organized, clearly labeled, and ready to publish.
2) Do you provide both web-ready and print-ready files?
Yes. You’ll receive web-ready exports for fast loading and consistent online color, plus print-ready exports for brochures, pitch decks, signage, and collateral. If you have specific printer specs, share them and I’ll match them.
3) What file types do you deliver?
Standard delivery is high-resolution JPEGs (web + print exports). TIFFs can be included when needed for large-format print, agency workflows, or heavier compositing.
4) How are the images organized and named?
Delivered in a clean folder structure by area (exterior, entry, branded moments, key spaces, details, etc.) with simple file names so your team can find what they need quickly.
5) How many final images will we receive?
It depends on scope and usage: number of spaces, complexity, and how broad your rollout is (website refresh vs. campaign vs. full brand library). I’ll recommend a practical target and build a shot list that supports it.
6) Can you deliver a set that feels consistent across multiple locations?
Yes. Consistency is the goal—composition, color, contrast, and perspective are kept aligned so images feel like one intentional library, even when locations vary.
7) Do you provide crops for banners, social, and ads?
Yes—when it’s helpful. If you tell me where the images will live (homepage headers, Google Business profile, social, paid campaigns), I can include a small set of alternate crops/ratios for your key selects.
8) What’s included in post-production?
A clean, editorial finish: natural color, clean verticals, balanced contrast, and distraction cleanup where appropriate. The goal is polished and timeless—not over-processed.
9) Can you match brand standards or a reference look?
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines, a reference gallery, or a specific mood you want to maintain, share it. I’ll align the set so it feels consistent with your brand.
10) Can you deliver files for agencies, PR teams, or partners?
Yes. If multiple teams will use the images, I’ll keep delivery organized and easy to share. If you need separate exports for different channels, we’ll plan that up front.
11) What’s the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on scope and retouching needs. If you have a deadline (launch, opening, campaign date), share it up front and I’ll structure a delivery plan that supports it.
