Deliverables + Usage (Architecture + Interiors)

Architectural imagery should be immediately usable—clean files, consistent finishing, and organization that makes it easy to publish across portfolios, websites, print collateral, and editorial submissions.

1) What do you deliver after an architecture + interiors shoot?

A curated set of finished, publication-ready images—hero wides, supporting angles, and detail vignettes that communicate proportion, materiality, and intent. Final files are delivered organized and ready to deploy.

2) Do you deliver both web-ready and print-ready files?

Yes. You’ll receive web-ready exports for fast loading and consistent online color, plus print-ready exports for brochures, proposals, and presentations. If you have a printer or publication spec, I’ll match it.

3) What file types do you deliver?

Standard delivery is high-resolution JPEGs (web + print exports). TIFFs can be included when needed for specific print workflows or agency requirements.

4) How many final images will we receive?

It depends on scope: number of spaces, complexity, and how you intend to use the set (portfolio refresh vs. campaign vs. full project documentation). I’ll recommend a practical target and build a shot list that supports it.

5) How are the images organized and named?

Delivered in a clean folder structure by area (exterior, entry, kitchen, living, primary suite, details, etc.) with simple file names so your team can quickly find what they need.

6) What’s included in post-production?

A refined, editorial finish: natural color, clean verticals, balanced contrast, and distraction cleanup where appropriate. The goal is polished and timeless—never over-processed.

7) Can you provide crops for social, banners, and portfolio layouts?

Yes—when it helps. If you tell me the primary placements (website headers, Instagram, printed lookbooks, presentations), I can include a small set of alternate crops/ratios for your key selects.

8) How do we plan usage so we don’t miss key shots?

We start with your “must-haves” (hero exterior, primary interior spaces, signature details) and build outward to support the story. Coverage is planned around how you’ll actually use the images—portfolio, marketing, award submissions, and editorial.

9) Can you deliver a set that works for multiple stakeholders?

Yes. Many projects involve architects, interior designers, builders, and vendors. With clear priorities up front, we can capture a cohesive story plus the supporting angles each partner typically needs.

10) Do you deliver raw files?

Final deliverables are finished images. Raw files aren’t typically delivered because they’re not a finished representation of the work. If your team has a specific need, we can discuss special deliverables.

11) What’s the typical turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on project scope and retouching needs. If you have a deadline (launch, publication, award submission), share it up front and I’ll structure a delivery plan that supports it.
